In this 30 minutes with Jen, you will go over your Hormone Lab Panel and initiate or make adjustments to hormone therapy.

To book this session you agree you have already completed a functional medicine initial consultation with Jen or elsewhere and would like only your hormone therapy addressed.

After booking this session you will be sent an email to complete your hormone lab panel bloodwork ($150). Please book your appointment at least one week in advance to ensure proper time for labs.

HORMONE THERAPY with FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE INITIAL CONSULTATION $899

In this 60 minutes with Jen, you will go over your health history & assessment intake forms, Comprehensive Lab Panel (included in the session cost), Hormone Lab Panel (included in the session cost) and leave with a full SymptomLESS functional medicine protocol including hormone therapy.

Practitioner Training Course: $1111

An at your own pace six module certification course to prepare you as a practitioner to prescribe BHRT in a more holistic manner.
