Jen has healed her body from EIGHT different autoimmune conditions and leads women through their own healing for chronic conditions today.

Steffany Barton, RN served as a clairvoyant medium and spiritual teacher on Earth. She now resides in our hearts as loved one, guide, and perfect Love.
Steff devoted herself to serving Spirit with grace and Love. Through her books, classes, workshops, and oracle decks, she provides hope and her services everlasting. .
Denise Cooper has been a student and dear friends with Steffany for over 21 years. Denise received her Reiki Masters certification from Steffany Barton in 2004 and has attended numerous classes, workshops and galleries over the years.
Denise was born and raised in Kansas City, however, she has been living in the Sacred Valley, Peru since 2007 where she leads retreats and ceremonies with the sacred plant medicine, Ayahuasca, from the Amazon jungle.
Over the last 20 years, Denise has received training as a Medicine Woman, Reiki Master, Life Coach, and Breathwork Healer with intensives in yoga, fasting and meditation. Denise carries a profound love for the Earth and is deeply devoted to the evolution and healing of humanity.
Ashley Reynolds is a multifaceted wellness expert, serving as a yoga practitioner, Reiki master, business and life coach, and the owner of Devi Beauty.
Additionally, she hosts a popular podcast, Rise From Inside. Hailing from San Diego, CA, her gypsy soul has brought her to the Midwest, where she shares her extensive knowledge and teachings.
Ashley's mission is to empower women by reminding them of their inherent power and encouraging them to live life to its fullest, both through her holistic teachings and her Reiki-infused skincare business.
Katie Brock is a massage therapist, intuitive healer, and owner of Haven Wellness, a holistic spa and shop.
She had the opportunity to be a “student” of Steffany and her teachings over the last 8 years.
Steff and Katie shared in the love of crystals and utilizing them as tools for healing. Katie will share her personal experience as well as wisdom passed down by Steffany to help you better connect with these gems of the earth and in turn better connecting to your own body and spirituality.
Stacy Rich As an Entrepreneur, Healer, Coach, and Energy Enthusiast Stacy Rich has been passionate about Personal Development since she was young. This combined with her ability to intuitively connect to Energy, her passion is to help others be the best version of themselves and help them discover their passions by connecting to their own intuition.
Through her company S Rich Life Coaching, LLC she educates on how to use your intuition, energy, and connecting to self and others, as well as manifestation. Stacy’s background is a melting pot of experiences that started with her passion for storytelling in film, owning multiple businesses, working with nonprofits, and ultimately leading to her coaching business, speaking events, workshops, and a podcast focused on connection through intimacy and loving intentions.

Part One: Supporting the Physical Vessel
Learn from Dr. Jen and Steff how to tune in to and honor the physical body with frequency-shifting nutrition, feminine hormone balance, creative movement, and functional medicine lifestyle practices proven by science to shift your energy field. Each participant will feel empowered to begin and create a workable routine that promotes balance and longevity while creating the foundation for intuitive gifts to prosper.
Part Two: Honing the Spiritual Body
This uplifting lesson will guide participants to recognize times of growth without judgment or self limiting thoughts, provide easy to apply tips for uncovering blocks to growth and change.
Teachings in this listen will include physical Earth tools such as crystals, chakras, + more and life coaching techniques to help each feminine present to utilize while in the chrysalis of spiritual and intuitive development.
Spiritual teachers and coaches will have an open Q&A forum to guide participants through moving through the challenges life is presenting and step into the divine purpose present for on this planet.
Part Three: Fly High and Free
During the final gathering, facilitators and Steff in Spirit will guide participants through a sacred "winging" ceremony. Step into your power, open your heart, and accept your wings with pride. You will discover that you are meant to fly and have a clear vision for your next steps in the use of your spiritual gifts.
